Tsingshan secures Zimbabwe mining rights
China’s Tsingshan Holdings has been granted the right to mine minerals including iron ore in Mashonaland East Province in Zimbabwe, according to local newspaper The Herald. The country hopes the move will allow Tsingshan to progress with its proposal to build a stainless steelworks in the country, Kallanish notes.
