Tsingshan plans Zimbabwe stainless steelworks
China’s Tsingshan Holdings this week signed a memorandum of understanding for its stainless steel expansion project in Zimbabwe. The move further increases the importance of China in the Zimbabwean steel sector, Kallanish notes.
