TMK first-half shipments fall, sees domestic OCTG improving
TMK’s shipments declined in the first half of the year at both the Russian and European divisions, amid an unfavourable economic environment and oil price volatility, the company says. The Russian pipemaker foresees seamless OCTG shipments improving in the domestic market.
Shipments amounted to 1.393 million tonnes, down by -13% year-on-year, due to a decrease in seamless pipe deliveries in Russia and Europe, Kallanish notes.
