TMK applies to delist from London Stock Exchange
Russian pipe producer TMK has applied to delist from the London stock exchange (LSE), Kallanish notes. The move is expected to become effective on or about 16 September.
The company is proceeding with the delisting of its Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) from the LSE. This follows the board’s resolution on 8 April that retaining the GDRs on the LSE is not a strategic priority for the enterprise.
