TMK applies to delist from London Stock Exchange

Russian pipe producer TMK has applied to delist from the London stock exchange (LSE), Kallanish notes. The move is expected to become effective on or about 16 September. The company is proceeding with the delisting of its Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) from the LSE.
