TMK continues diversification with pipelines system acquisition
Russian pipe producer TMK says it plans to significantly increase production at Rakityanskiy Valve Plant following its acquisition of a controlling stake in the pipeline systems producer.
The Belgorod-based firm is one of Russia’s leading manufacturers of pipeline systems for the nuclear power industry. The deal will allow TMK to become one of the largest suppliers of equipment for nuclear power plants on the Russian and international markets, TMK claims.
