TMK acquires Parus steel complex
Russian pipe producer TMK has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in domestic steel enterprise Parus LLC, the pipemaker says.
Parus is a casting and rolling complex for the production of long products with a capacity of more than 300,000 tonnes/year, Kallanish notes. The main products are rebar and continuous cast billet for rolling.
