tk-Tata shares in joint venture may diverge: reports
The projected joint venture between thyssenkrupp Steel and Tata Steel Europe may be affected by the difference in recent operating performance, a press report in Germany suggests. The two companies are now re-negotiating merger terms on this basis, the report says.
