Tangshan Ganglu delays integration plans
Tangshan Ganglu Steel has recently turned in the environmental impact assessment (EIA) report of its integration and upgrade project to the provincial Department of Ecology and Environment. The latest assessment reveals a roughly two-year delay to the project, Kallanish notes.
