Tangshan shuts steelmakers for 4 days
Tangshan has announced tighter production restrictions through to the end of July, tightening the ongoing 43-day period of restrictions through to the end of August. It expects a period of severe pollution over 27-31 July, affected by adverse weather conditions, Kallanish notes.
