Taiwan's scrap prices decline despite freight support

Taiwan's steel scrap market has continued to weaken, but rising sea freight costs limited the decline in imported scrap offers this week. Kallanish assessed HMS 1&2 80:20 container scrap at $345/t cfr Taiwan, down by $3/t from last week.
