Taiwanese scrap holds despite higher offers

Taiwanese scrap prices have remained flat for the third week in a row, even as sellers tried to raise their offers to activate transactions. Kallanish assessed HMS 1&2 80:20 container scrap at $342-345/tonne cfr Taiwan, remaining unchanged from last week.
