Taiwanese scrap declines, buyers hold back

Scrap trading sentiment in Taiwan was steady this week but prices were slowly falling as end users held back from rebar purchasing. Kallanish assessed HMS 1&2 80:20 container scrap at $375-377/t cfr Taiwan, down $4/t from a week before.
