Taiwan scrap prices reach 20-month low
The Taiwanese scrap market is still not improving. Prices have continued their decline alongside the weak global scrap price trend.
Kallanish assessed HMS 1&2 80:20 container scrap on Wednesday at $320/tonne cfr Taiwan, down $15/t on-week. This is the lowest level since 4 December 2020.
