Surprise EU Parliament vote delays CBAM, ETS reform
This week, the European Parliament issued a surprise vote against the proposed reform of the ETS system. The vote triggered a domino effect, delaying approvals for other key measures such as the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
