US files standard pipe anticircumvention inquiry
An anticircumvention inquiry has been filed with the US Department of Commerce regarding circular welded pipe (CWP) completed in Oman and the United Arab Emirates using hot rolled steel made in India.
CWP is more commonly known as standard pipe, Kallanish mentions, and is typically used in plumbing and heating, air conditioning, automatic sprinkler and fencing systems.
