Shanxi's Linfen updates 2019-2020 winter restrictions
The Linfen local government in Shanxi province this week updated its winter restrictions plan for 2019-2020. The latest plan both increases the number of days that output will be constrained and strengthens the restriction ratios for steelmakers, Kallanish notes.
