Shanxi Linfen begins second round of restrictions
Due to environmental protection and production restrictions in Shanxi's Linfen, a second batch of steelmakers have had operations halted as from 21 September. The first batch of steel mills which had also been restricted meanwhile have not yet resumed production, Kallanish notes.
