Shanxi Liheng to sell ironmaking equipment
Chinese steelmaker Shanxi Liheng Iron & Steel has decided to sell its ironmaking equipment in a tender open until 11 July, Kallanish notes.
The contract covers four 450-cubic-metre blast furnaces and four 100-square-metre sintering machines. The equipment is able to produce 1.1 million tonnes/year of iron. The deposit will be CNY 5 million ($726,600) for participating in the bid. Liheng has said it will decommission the equipment by …
