Shanxi Liheng makes progress with coking upgrade
China's Liheng Iron & Steel in Shanxi province began to dry off its No.3 coke oven on 11 June in preparation for commissioning, Kallanish notes.
Over the next two months, workers plan to raise the temperature of the oven to 800ºC. Meanwhile the roofing of No.4 coke oven will be completed by the end of June.
