Shandong announces 2018 major steel investment projects
China’s third-biggest steel producing area, Shandong province, has announced its 2018 major investment projects list. Among the 110 projects, around a quarter are local infrastructure and downstream steel investments. The list also includes two major steel capacity investments, Kallanish notes.
