Shagang retains HRC price unchanged in November
Major Chinese steelmaker Shagang has chosen to retain its hot rolled coil offers unchanged for November at CNY 4,300/tonne ($642/t) for the second consecutive month, Kallanish notes.
Shagang will raise all other common carbon steel offers by CNY 30/t, as well as cold rolled coil in a width of 1,000-1,349mm. As for CRC in a width of 900-999mm, the price will be increased by CNY 60/t.
