Shagang completes acquisition of Huixin Steel
The leading private steel producer in China, Shagang, has completed the acquisition of Huixin Steel through its Henan subsidiary Shagang Anyang Yongxing.
Shagang previously also completed the acquisition of Anyang Huacheng Bosheng Steel to facilitate the integration of production capacity in the region, Kallanish notes.
