Scrap prices continue ascent in Asia
A recent export tender for Japanese scrap reflected the strong market uptrend over the past month, Kallanish notes. In South Korea, Hyundai Steel raised its bid price for Japanese scrap and in Taiwan, container scrap import prices continued to strengthen.
