S+B reaches agreement with German cartel office
Swiss-headquartered Schmolz+Bickenbach has reached an out-of-court agreement with the German federal cartel office regarding investigations on suspected anti-trust practices. The parties have agreed on a fine of €12.3 million ($13.6m), the steelmaker says in a statement.
