Saudi-based Ceer awards electric vehicle plant construction contract
Ceer has awarded a SAR 5 billion ($1.3 billion) contract to Saudi firm Modern Building Leaders (MBL) to build the Ceer Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Complex in King Abdullah Economic City on the kingdom's Red Sea coast, notes Kallanish.
