Salzgitter to deliver green steel to Grupo Arania
Salzgitter and Grupo Arania have signed a green steel partnering agreement, Kallanish notes.
Spain’s Grupo Arania is the first southern European customer to sign up to Salzgitter’s low-CO2 steel products and downstream product processing, the German steelmaker says. Salzgitter’s partnering programme offers companies the possibility of securing a defined tonnage of green steel upfront as part of an economic commitment.
