Saarstahl to continue Ascoval, Hayange green steel focus
Saarstahl will pursue production of green steel at the Ascoval and Rail Hayange plants, initiated by former owner Liberty Steel, after the Germany firm confirmed it had completed the acquisition of the French plants.
Earlier this week the Paris Commercial Court approved the takeover of the plants by Saarstahl parent Stahl-Holding-Saar (SHS) Group (see Kallanish passim).
