Russia’s pipe consumption increases, outlook positive: pipemakers
Russian pipe consumption in 2023 will increase by 14% on-year to 5.2 million tonnes, OMK head of steel sector business Roman Rybalov said during the Russian Metals Market conference in Moscow last week.
