Russian billet falls amid lower Turkey, Egypt tags
Scrap prices firmed slightly last week, but recent Asia-origin billet sales in Turkey at lower prices, as well as Turkish domestic benchmark mill Kardemir’s sales at decreased prices, have forced Russian mills to lower semis tags, market participants inform Kallanish.
