Queensland government approves Whitehaven Coal’s Winchester South
The Queensland government has given the green light to Australian coal miner Whitehaven Coal’s Winchester South coal project, Kallanish notes.
Whitehaven Coal says the Queensland Department of Environment, Science and Innovation (DESI) has approved the Winchester South Coal Mine Draft Environmental Authority.
