Posco to restart electroplating plant
South Korean steel producer Posco will resume production at its electroplating plant on 27 October, Kallanish notes.
Due to the impact of Typhoon Hinnamnor, Posco suspended some facilities at coating arm Posco Steeleon since early September. Posco Steeleon produces galvanized and colour-coated sheet at a capacity of 1 million tonnes/year.
