Posco receives ExxonMobil technical approval for high-manganese steel
South Korean steelmaker Posco has received technical approval for high-manganese steel (HMS) from global energy firm ExxonMobil, the Korea Herald reports.
In October 2020, Posco announced its cooperation with ExxonMobil to develop HMS technologies, expand its applications and develop other materials for global LNG projects (see Kallanish passim).
