Posco develops HyREX for hydrogen steelmaking
South Korean steelmaker Posco has recently started the development of HyREX technology to reduce emissions and move towards carbon-neutrality.
HyREX is a hydrogen reduction ironmaking technology which produces molten iron using powdered iron ore and hydrogen, Kallanish notes.
