Polish distributor expands supervisory board
Konsorcjum Stali (KS)'s extraordinary general meeting of shareholders has approved the addition of a further two members to the Polish distributor’s supervisory board, taking the overall number to seven.
The two new additions are Kazimierz Przybylski and Elzbieta Mikula. The former is co-owner of PPHU Marka and chief executive of Marka. Both are construction material wholesalers. Mikula was on KS’s supervisory board from 2008-2015. She previously…
