Plate price stabilises in US
Domestic demand for US plate products may be erratic, but prices are holding, a buy-side source tells Kallanish.
Currently, plate is operating at $1,910-1,930/short ton. All prices are ex-works, domestic mill.
"It's been a mixed bag for demand. I'm busy, but other people tell me they're slow. But prices aren't going up this month, I've been told," the source says.
