Outokumpu invests in Primetals mold systems
Outokumpu has placed an order with Primetals for two new molds and two new Mold Expert Fiber systems proprietary to the plant-builder company. The equipment will be supplied to Outokumpu’s two single-strand slab casters at its site in Tornio, in north-western Finland. Start-up is scheduled for April 2023.
