NSSC raises June pricing due to alloy costs
Nippon Steel Stainless Steel Corporation (NSSC) has raised nickel-based stainless steel (300 series) prices for a fourth consecutive month in June. Chromium-based stainless steel (400 series) is also seeing higher values. Higher alloy cost and the depreciation of the yen are accounting for the price increase.
