New Russian owner acquires former Volvo plant
Russia’s Industrial Investments Group, close to businessman Dmitry Strezhnev, has completed the process of acquiring the former truck plant of Swedish automaker Volvo in Kaluga, according to Russian state media.
The Russian group confirmed this but did not disclose details about the terms of the deal when asked by Kallanish.
