Mid-East building 25mt of new steelmaking capacity: OECD

More than 25 million tonnes/year of new steelmaking capacity is planned in the Middle East in 2019-2021, more than any other region in the world apart from Asia, according to the OECD’s latest steelmaking capacity report.
