Metinvest supplies HRC for production of military equipment
Metinvest’s trading arm, Metinvest-SMC, has started supplying hot rolled coil for further heat treatment and the manufacture of elements used in production of armour protection for military vehicles, Kallanish notes.
Products after hardening heat treatment can be used to increase protection in SUVs and other military vehicles, medical transport, public transport and other equipment operating in a high-risk area, the enterprise claims.
