Metalloinvest to supply OMK over 50mt of pellet
Russian mining and steelmaking company Metalloinvest has agreed to fully meet Russian pipemaker United Metallurgical Company (OMK)’s iron ore pellet requirement for the next 15 years.
The agreement, signed on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum last week, will see OMK procure DR-grade pellet with high iron and low silicon content, Metalloinvest notes.
