Maruichi to buy Kobelco Steel Tube

Japan’s Maruichi Steel Tube is expected to take a 100% stake in Kobelco Steel Tube from Kobe Steel on 1 April 2020. The move is part of a reorganisation of Kobe Steel, Kallanish  notes.
