Several Chinese steel flat steel producers have hiked their October contract prices by CNY 150-300/tonne ($23.03-46.06/t), continuing last months’ trend, Kallanish notes.
Baosteel and Wuhan Iron & Steel (Wugang) published their flat products’ contract prices for October on 12 September. Central China’s Lianyuan Iron & Steel (Liangang) has also lifted its mid-September ex-works HRC and CRC prices.
