Major Chinese steelmakers keep flat steel offers unchanged
Major Chinese steel producers have kept their flat steel ex-works contract prices unchanged for November shipments, ending a series of increases in previous months. The stong futures market however has stimulated spot market prices and some steel mills have increased their ex-work prices as a consequence, Kallanish notes.
