Loh becomes main shareholder in Klöckner
Klöckner & Co now has a clearly dominating shareholder in German entrepreneur Friedhelm Loh and his investment group Swoctem, which has upped its holdings to 25.25%, Kallanish gathers from local media reports.
Swoctem emerged in October as the German distribution group’s largest single stakeholder when it announced that it holds over 15% of Klöckner shares. Loh then indicated that he might increase his stake in the coming months.
