KVV takes Latvia to tribunal over Liepajas Metalurgs
The co-owner of Ukraine’s KVV Group, which acquired now insolvent Latvian steelmaker Liepajas Metalurgs in 2014, has filed a case against the Latvian state with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
