Bahrain market awaits Qatar Steel rebar return
Bahrain’s rebar market is waiting for Qatar Steel to resume rebar supply imminently after political relations were restored between the two countries.
Qatar Airways has scheduled the first outbound flight to Bahrain for 25 May, and rebar traders there will resume with small quantities of trial purchases from Qatar Steel for June deliveries, Kallanish understands.
