Kungang hot tests wire rod mill
Kunming Iron & Steel (Kungang), a subsidiary of Baowu Group, has successfully hot tested the high-speed wire rod mill at its relocation project, Kallanish notes.
The total capacity of the wire rod mill is 550,000 tonnes/year, and the main products are wire rod in diameters of 6-20mm and rebar of 6-16mm dia.
