Krupp foundation clashes with union over thyssenkrupp
The atmosphere of dispute between the management of thyssenkrupp AG and union IG Metall has expanded to reach the Krupp Foundation, thyssenkrupp’s big local stakeholder with 21% of shares.
The union previously expressed massive criticism of the management for asserting decisions without the consent of the workers’ representative on the supervisory board (see Kallanish 30 April).
