Krakatau Posco operates new skin pass mill
Krakatau Posco held a completion ceremony for its new skin pass mill last month to signal its official operation, Kallanish notes.
The new mill is used to reduce defects in products in the form of wavy surface coils. It allows the process to be done by the company itself instead of third parties.
After installation and commissioning in March this year, the commercial production of the mill was achieved on 1 April.
